Baridhara Cosmopolitan Club Limited generally known as BARIDHARA CLUB is a social club of the people, created by the people, meant to be a centre for entertainment and interactions for the people of Baridhara Residential Model Town and the adjoining neighbourhood that includes Gulshan Model Town, Banani Model Town, Baridhara DOHS and Basundhara Residential Area.

Governed by its Memorandum and Articles of Association incorporated under the Companies Act was registered with Registrar of Joint Stock Companies of Bangladesh on October 03, 2011 (Registration No. C395859/11).
